2022 - Present

Running product and leading a team of designers and developers to build a SaaS application for real estate investors from the ground up.

Built and launched next gen screenshot and annotation platform, heavy SEO focus, early days, grew domain rating from 0 - 42 in 3 months.

Developed first entrepreneurship course for high school, going into 6th year, taught over 80 students and counting.

Launched first accelerator in Los Angeles, 4x funds raised, over $30MM invested and $100MM in exits. Met with and analyzed over 3,000 startups.
2004 - 2012
Grew from zero to $40MM MRR, hired 100 employees, raised over $20 million in venture funding, sold in 2017 for $128MM.
1999 - 2006
Dev shop started in living room after .com crash. Grew to $50K monthly revenue, profitable for over 20 years. Sold in 2006.

Very first startup. Learned more from this failure than any other. Raised $1.5MM seed funding. Crashed and burned.
